I got the 16 piece bundle and one of my eight pieces only had about three pieces of chicken and it was hard as a rock

Very disappointing experience.
I placed this order through DoorDash for my family, and unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The pizza had very little sauce and was nearly overcooked, with parts appearing close to burnt. The Oven-Baked Cheesy Alfredo Pasta had very little sauce, was nearly dry, and lacked flavor.
What made this experience even more frustrating is that I personally felt the order may have been prepared this way intentionally due to an apparent personal issue involving one of the employees. I cannot say that for certain, but based on the condition of the food, it honestly felt like the order was not prepared with the same care that should be expected when serving a paying customer.
For the price of the order, this was unacceptable. I’ve included pictures so customers and management can see the condition of the food as it was received.I hope management takes this feedback seriously, looks into what happened, and ensures personal issues never affect the quality of a customer’s order. Customers deserve food that is fresh, properly prepared, and worth the money they spend.

Not sure what's happening with Pizza Hut crust but it's horrible. The bottom is translucent and rubbery.
