Happy Dragon is my go-to spot for Chinese food in Tracy! The portions are big, the food comes out fast, and everything I’ve tried has been solid. The orange chicken is crispy and flavorful, the Mongolian beef has a nice kick, and the chow mein is always on point.

The best hands-down Chinese food, authentic their style and approach is so much better than the fast food manner that's out there these days they use real chicken in the orange chicken. They are not shy with the beef and vegetables in the noodles. The rice was amazing. Really these words serve no justice you must try.

I tried this place for the first time and was very impressed. We have no good Chinese Food in Manteca, so I was thrilled to see this place delivered to my house despite being in Tracy. everything was fresh and delicious. The crab rangoons were the best I had in years. my husband got #3 Combination Plate and loved it, I tried #5 Combination Plate and it was hard to stop eating even though I was full. Looking forward to trying other dishes soon!

First time ordering from this place. Food was good. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious really saucey if u like iit. Too much for my liking but it was still good.
The mangolian beef was meaty! First time I seen more meat than veg. It was goid a little salty but my family liked it. Try them out. Good portions. I didnt care for orange chicken it was too tangy if u like less sweetness.

I ordered chiken Chicken Chow Fun and the noodles were dry and rubbery. The walnut prawns had a funny taste and I only got 5 prawns with my honey walnut prawn over rice. General Chicken Over Rice had a decent amount of chicken but hardly had any flavor, I ordered spicy. Best thing I ordered was was BBQ Pork Buns (6 Pcs.).
