They exceeded my expectations. the burger is exactly how I ordered it and it was absolutely delicious. Will be ordering here again its my new favorite burger place... they also gave me MORE than enough fries.

Onion rings were mushy on the inside as if they were undercooked. They were also chewy. Mushroom burger had too much spice to the point it was spicy, onions were not cooked long enough, no type of sauce/condiment which made it dry. I'm always looking for a good mushroom burger, this is not it.

Was disappointed today. Burger was small and dry. Paid for sauce and didn't receive it and there was none on the burger either. Very bland and dry. Best thing today was the fries.

The burger was awful, overcooked & dry. Smaller than normal and not seasoned. This was not the Heffs im used to. Very disappointing.

Food was delicious as always. I'm just disappointed that the Heff's Sauce cost $1.25 for not quite 2oz. They also constantly short me the Heff's Sauce that I order so I'm paying for nothing.
