ordered 3 coffees and got sugar milk .. tastes like hot sugar water/milk... bagel bread was tough to chew .. overall just  bad

Their coffee and baked items are great, but I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel (asked for no cheese, but they put it on there anyway), and it was very obvious that the egg wasn’t real. It tasted powdery. But the iced French vanilla coffee is my favorite, plus I love the bagels and donuts of course.
