love this dunkin,.always make my order just right. I  go out if my way to only order from here when possible!

I asked for lightly toasted and got a burnt bagel!!!!! This so called chicken wrap thing has zero chicken in it and is complete mush inside. Completely DISGUSTING!! I just wasted $20!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My coffee is drinkable but not what I really wanted since there is no option for extra cream on the app and there is nowhere to add any instructions. This is ridiculous. So I pretty much spent $20 on a coffee I dont really want because everything else is now in the trash. Do better people!!!!!!!
