Everything was just REALLY tasty! 1st time ordering from this place and I am impressed. The meatball sub's sauce tasted homemade and the cheese was melted just right. The Super Tuscany was hefty! The Prosciu di Parma Flatbreadtto had a crunchy edge and soft middle. I love sweet and savory so the apricot jelly gave the best bite every time. I do wish there was a bit more jelly on it but it's a perfect half and half overall. The lemon and pistachio cheesecakes were so flavorful. I wish they were a bit bigger for the price but still worth getting. And nice packaging with a nice touch. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be ordering again!

Super Tuscany was fantastic. One of the best SubsI ever ate. House Salad was fresh, tasty, and a nice side.Italian Lemoncello cake was a treat. Little smaller piece than I was expecting, but it was very rich and zesty. Cosa Nostra is my new favorite lunch spot. Must try.

The smoked turkey BLT tasted fantastic. It was the best tasting smoked turkey. BLT I ever had in my life. The bread was very good quality and just had the right toasted consistency and it arrived at my door nice and warm. The fontina cheese and the aïoli really set off the delicious taste of the sandwich. I will definitely order this again in the future. Our community is Blessed to have an establishment like this that offers delicious food with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I also ordered for dessert a slice of chocolate and hazelnut cake which was nicely packaged and made a nice presentation. I put that in my refrigerator to enjoy that later today. I would definitely recommend this Italian deli. You won't be disappointed.

OMG! How did we get so lucky to have a place like this in CLERMONT?! Some of the freshest ingredients I've ever had. The bread tastes like it just came out of the oven. And it's so reasonably priced! And they packaged everything with great care. Best sandwhiches I've had in Central FL, hands down -- and would be a true rival to the best shops in NYC. Thank you, Cosa Nostra!

Omg. Food was excellent. Veggie sub, chicken parm and turkey BLT were off the chart so good. So satisfying. The flatbread was excellent. Haven't touched the dessert yet, but so glad we ordered from you. 10+/10. Thank you so much
