The rolls were very fresh and tasty and arrived quickly!! The Philadelphia Roll has salmon, avocado, and cream cheese and is a good size, not too big, not too small. The tuna in the Tuna Avocado Roll was a nice, deep color, very fresh, and also a good size.
Two rolls make a perfect lunch!

The egg in the 10.Spicy Miso Ramen tasted and looked old and acidic and did not have that jammy consistency for the yolk. The enoki mushrooms were not chewable even when I reheated the soup and let it soak. The Crab Jalapeno was alright but was not expecting it to be a crab rangoon type filling. It's very different from what I'm used to getting from a different Kotoyama location.

Great portion size, I love ramen and have tried all other ramen locations, Kotoyama has given the biggest portion and had two slices of the pork belly 10.Spicy Miso Ramen was awesome and the boba was great as well. Highly recommend.

Both dishes were warm and tasty. The Las Vegas Roll was probably the biggest pieces of sushi I've ever seen! The Beef Donburi bowl was just so comforting.

The Angry Dragon Roll and Las Vegas Roll are always a hit for us. The Gyoza has a pretty steep price for only six of them , but they are good. The dipping sauce for the gyoza is fantastic. I ordered the Combo Stir Fry Udon for my main and it did not blow me away, and was pretty mediocre. The udon seemed quite overcooked and did not hold its shape, rather shredded when picking up. I should have stuck with the ramen from here like I usually do, but I wanted to branch out to other dishes.
