I ordered a 12 pc meal, but got 8 pc meal. The chicken was overcooked and I got breast, wings, thighs. No legs. I paid 58.69 for the meal. The slaw was sticky and nasty. The biscuits were hard. This is unacceptable. They should've refunded my full amount. Instead, I got a 26.82 credit.

Missing a side of Cole slaw, missing a side of fries, missing dipping sauce requested, missing 2 straws for the drinks, missing silverware for the side that was also missing. This was my 2nd try from this Popeyes, the first time I ordered the coleslaw had turned bad, and I paid for a large size too!
