food was fresh fries fries taste was a bit soggy but the portion was well given I would definitely order this again especially oreo shake

sandwich came smashed, and had barely anything on it. BK Café Vanilla Iced Coffee - Medium wasn't iced cofee just creamer on ice.

The food was as expected, no complaints there!
But also as expected, pay extra for a large chocolate shake, and get a small shake that's maybe could have been chocolate if they took the extra two seconds to mix the rest of the syrup out the bottom ( yes I can stir it myself) but I can't turn it into the large I paid for!
On another note, when did fast food stop putting ketchup and napkins in bags, I mean I understand we all keep ketchup and napkins in our cars so fast food places don't have to provide it with the meals!

The food is good but for some reason every time I order I'm either missing an item or either like now I ordered a large I got a large onion ring half filled and a medium or small drink when I ordered a large they can never get their orders correct or right You're always missing something or something is wrong other than that the food is good
