This is my second time ordering the Bánh Kẹp - Waffles and Bánh Mì with spicy tofu and it's still amazing and delicious and perfect!! I tried the Strawberry Black Tea and wowwwww it's the best boba tea I've ever had . It's not too sweet and the strawberry flavor is just super yummy and fresh. Well done guys!!!

I have been craving some Tiras so I got my favorites for breakfast today. I love their Bánh Mì, any flavor is delish but I had the pork today. The veggies and the meat are alwas so good. TheChả giò - Egg Rolls (2 pieces) were nice and hot and delicious. My 3 yearld loves them wih the Fish sauce. The Vietnamese Coffee is always great and today I had the cutest little labubu icecube in mine. Tiras is definitely a must if you like Vietnamese foods and your around there! ❤️

Perf every time. The peach tea is just sweet enough and has peach slices in it. The spring rolls are refreshing.

A place that isn't afraid of seasoning! Tira's sauce is like a medley of sesame and soy sauce and is a perfect balance but the grilled chicken is VERY well seasoned on its own. Everything is flavorful. it feels like a homecooked meal
