• 27/6/26They put too much oil and when dashed delivered it - the sandwich was soaked in oil making it extremely soggy to eat, it tasted terrible I could only eat half because I needed to eat since I hadn't eaten all day

• 25/4/25I ordered 3 giants, all on white, I got a call from the store with the news that they were temporarily out of white bread, they suggested some alternatives and were very kind enough to throw in some coupons and brownies as a thank you..Nicely Done, true customer service!!

• 12/1/24The sub was soaked in oil and vinegar. The bread was soggy. They deleted the bacon as requested but didnt add the pickles or banana peppers. I love Jersey Mikes but this was a huge disappointment
