• 14/9/23I love Jade's Teahouse because of the variety of drinks and boba. Not many shops have such a wide selection of offerings. I ordered the passion fruit smoothie with popping kiwi boba and lychee jelly. It's refreshing bright with the light flavors creating a big flavor impact. I also suggest their bbq chicken sandwich. I've tried the same at other shops, but this is to tier. The bread is toasted just right. The chicken is flavorful and juicy, not point or overcooked like I've had before. It also tastes fresh. The veggies are also fresh with a hint of tanginess. Adding avocado made it even better!

• 20/4/26Fresh crisp veggies, and plenty of delicious sauce without messing up the bread. The pork has a good flavor too. I asked for no jalapeño and they were able to do that :)
This was my first Vietnamese Coffee and first time having coffee jelly, so I don't know what is good, but it has a nice strong flavor and just enough sweetness.

• 29/12/23Everything tasted fine and did the job. The banh mi could use some garlic in there somewhere. Cheese sticks were 4 pieces, not 5. Drink said it was supposed to have creme brûlée somewhere but I didn't taste it.

The Tea is great and the BBQ Pork Sandwich is super good and generously sized. The popcorn chicken and other assorted teahouse fare is very nice, too.
All in all a great find.

• 17/12/25The Bahn Mi was hot with clearly fresh toasted bread. A lot of kick from the fresh jalapeños, too, and the veggie egg rolls I got as a side were super crunchy. Delicious!
