I was homesick for my father's cooking and I ordered two meal plates, an Alcapurria and a Beef Empanadas .
This food hit the spot and was seasoned really well. Everything exceeded my expectations. The plates I got were sized "small" but they can feed two people easily. I got a huge pork chop with my Fried Pork Chop plate. It was delicious but fried a little too long. But everyone I know likes a crunchy, crispy pork chop. I ended up enjoying it. The rice and beans are always good here. I got white rice and pink (pinto) beans. I especially loved the generous portion of beans. You also get two free pieces of perfectly ripe sweet plantains (platano maduros) with each of the plates. The Alcapurria was seasoned well but a little salty, but so good! will definitely order again, and next time I want to try the flan. As a note, if you order Dominican food anywhere expect it to be seasoned well, and salted well. Like really well.

My Roast Pork Meal was ESPECIALLY good this time. The seasoning was on point. The rice was perfectly cooked and moist. There was enough pork for two people. I would seriously eat this every day, if I could.

Food is always fantastic, portions are amazing, and staff is always super nice and hospitable!! Highly recommend! The empanadas are so delicious. Love the BBQ Chicken meal, its my go to also. Every time I eat here the order is accurate, hot, and so delicious!

The Pepper Steak was moist & tender with great seasoning. The Roast Pork Meal was so flavorful, and the pork would fall apart it was so moist. The serving size was plenty for a dinner. I got both the Chicken Empanadas and the Beef Empanadas ...both were crispy and had a nice amount of savory filling. Definitely will order again. Excellent food!

The plate of food I got today was better than ever. You will never catch this place slipping on quality or quantity. I got the Roast Pork Meal "small" plate but it was packed tight with enough food for 2 people. I got a huge serving of succulent, beautifully seasoned pork. It was so fresh, moist and tender. It has aromatics of garlic, cilantro, onion and oregano. The rice with gandules (pigeon peas) were perfectly seasoned. I got 5 pieces of fried sweet platano (plantain) for free. I would order again for sure. I order once or twice a month as a treat and a break from cooking.
