After brow through to find something new for dinner I came upon this restaurant. It looked interesting and did not disappoint. The Miso Tomato Soup had a slight kick, totally delicious, and Chicken Katsu was superb. I had no idea chicken, coleslaw, and egg salad would be so good together. Will definitely add them to my regular list.

The Pulled Pork Sando left me speechless. The flavor combination was insane but delicious! And the Tanaka Loaded Fries? OMG! I would absolutely order again! The portion size left me with a snack for later.

Kids Katsu Nuggets were extremely overfried and very dry. Missing sauce. Not recommended. Sando was tasty but pretty small for the money.

Chicken and egg sandwich is really good. Bread is nice and soft like Japanese bread, and classic sauce adds nice flavor. The kale slaw is great but I was not expecting it to be very spicy, a little more than I can handle.

This was my first time ordering from Tanaka at Bridgeport Village and it did not disappoint at all! The food was amazing!
The Japanese “milk bread” toasted for the chicken Katsu sando was fresh and flavorful. The miso(dressing) parmesan caesar salad with toasted garlic milk bread croutons and lemon wedge was very good, but wished there was a little more greens. Breakfast sausage sando with egg and cheese on milk toast bread, excellent and filling! The best was the Miso (dark) chocolate chip cookie with sea salt, thick like cake consistency, moist and chewy, excellent flavor. Almost forgot the fries came with a curry dipping sauce, really liked it!! I will be ordering again and recommend to others. Doordasher was very friendly and on time, he gets five stars, too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
