Really fresh 1/2 Dozen (6) Bagels. Toasted and sliced. The stores toaster was on lower setting and didn't change color or add texture at all. The insides were actually light and airy, not a heavy dough mass like everyone else's bagels and I could see the argument that they didn't need toasting at all.
But I think my preference would be to leave them out for a day - I like a dark toast on the inside of a bagel, just before carbonation tbh. That's a personal preference though.
I scraped the Bagel w/ Nova Lox and retoasted it heavily put it all together again and it was lovely.
My mother had the BLT and enjoyed it , and the egg salad sandwich was delicious as well.

I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with nova lox, and the receipt clearly shows that’s what was ordered. Instead, I received a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. This wasn’t a minor mistake—it was an entirely different order, missing the lox and all of the toppings.
The bagel itself was edible, but it was mediocre at best and lacked the dense, chewy texture I’d expect from a good bagel. Paying over $10 for what ended up being a plain bagel with cream cheese was a huge disappointment.
I also tried calling the restaurant before contacting DoorDash so they could simply remake the order, but every call went straight to a voicemail box that hadn’t even been set up. There was no way to reach anyone.
Order accuracy and customer service both need improvement.

Bacon Egg & Cheese (BEC) and it was exactly what I was craving. The roll was fresh, and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Everything came hot and flavorful — no shortcuts here. This is hands down one of the best BECs I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Zio's NY Bagels & Deli Co, if you’re looking for a legit NY-style breakfast sandwich in the Tampa Area!

The Princess Vita Wrap is delicious but DoorDash up charges for egg whites! This is the second time I've ordered it via DoorDash after ordering it in person and it comes with egg whites.
We love Zio's and it reminds us of the breakfast we would have in CT!

Updated review. I tried them again , requested extra egg and bacon and my bagel sandwich was delicious! They will be a work from home breakfast replay. Thank you Zio's. Oh and the bagel is delicious.
