I came here in person and let me begin by saying the atmosphere is very authentic Mexican. I was served totopos with a delicious home made chunky salsa that was not too spicy for our taste palat but very delicious with its smoky chipotle flavours.
I ordered the tongue tacos and a traditio Mexican coffee. I was not disappointed! The tongue was nicely cooked, although a bit greasy to my personal liking but for the standard it's expected. It was served with the option of cilantro and onion - which of course one cannot eat tacos without. Wedges of lime were provided along with two types of home made salsas, green (less spicy made of jalepeño base) and red (more spicy made of probably what tasted of chipotle or habanero - I prefered the overall taste of this one even though it had more of a kick). Although I dont have much of a sweet tooth and would have preferred my coffee less sweet; it was a nice finish to my meal. It was premade with sugar and another condiment I am not familiar with served without milk or milk substitutes - trust me they were not needed. The coffee sure woke me up after my meal and gave me the energy needed to continue on with my day.
The menu options are ENORMOUS. It was hard to chose one item to order. I will be returning to try more dishes and perhaps see live bands or shows.

I got a pozole, it was very tasty and big portion. I would definitely have it again. On the other hand I ordered the mexican tamales, they were salty and dry/crunchy on the ends. They are supposed to be soft and fluffy, I guess they were not a fresh batch. Something that disappointed me is that they don't include salsa in the order.

Everything was well cooked, well seasoned and absolutely delicious. except for the cheese quesadilla. It was soggy, greasy and bland. All of our other meals came with a beautiful salad, while the quesadilla came with fries, which were good but made it feel like a children's meal. perhaps all of the meals should have the option of either.

Hands down, the most delicious food we have had in a long time. Everything was freshly made and so much flavour! Will definitely be ordering again!!
