• 18/8/26This El Pollo Loco is the BEST ONE I have ever seen out of all the ones I have ever eaten at. Their Managers and staff are AWESOME, and the quality and quantity of their food is unbeatable. This is my favorite restaurant in Big Bear for outstanding service and professionalism.

• 9/9/25Super fresh and delicious as always. I got the chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and they taste homemade! Definitely appreciate the consistency wherever I travel. Each location has always delivered great food very hot.

• 31/12/25This is the second time we have ordered double chicken tostada salads and not received the cilantro ranch we ordered with it, at 35 dollars for two salads they could at least make an effort to include the dressing.

• 30/10/25I ordered a 4 piece and two of the pieces were just ends of wings. Not even the whole wing. This is clearly not a 4 piece.
