The chips were stale. The three steak tacos I ordered literally had two pieces of steak. Such poor service. I was looking forward to this meal and was so disappointed.

I ordered a burrito bowl with Barbacoa which costs extra and I got maybe one bite of Barbacoa. My bowl was like a veggie burrito bowl. Not pleased with this experience at all. Will escalate to Chipotle

The Steak and the chicken were over cooked and dry. The portion of meat in the 3 bowls that we had were very small. I have never had to search for meat in a burrito bowl.

We usually enjoy eating Chipotle with my husband. But today the order we received was disappointing. The rice is undercooked, with hard grains throughout. The bowl is dry and not flavorful at all. Unfortunately, this time we really didn’t like it.

Bowl was very watery. Also steak was cold and overcooked. I've had many meals before that worked they fumbled the bowl this time.
