• 13/4/24For $13 tacos, there was barely anything in them. Only a few pieces of steak, a pinch of cheese and 3-4 pieces of lettuce. Very unfortunate because these tacos used to be so good. I expect these tacos to be full for $13! Chipotle quality really has gone down and isn't worth the money anymore.

• 7/12/22There was barely anything in my burrito bowl. They usually do a great job of making it fill. All my ingredients barely filled half the container. Really poor customer service especially when charging almost $15!!!!!

• 26/5/23Wrong salsa so it was way way too spicy and then there was like a hunk of beef in it or something (I got a veggie bowl) and the bowl was like halfway full. I got a salad bowl and there was like four pieces of lettuce, and half of it looked old and wilted. I normally like chipotle but I dont think I'd order from this one again.

• 9/5/26Been coming here for many years and sadly the quality has gone down hill. Maybe today was an off day, but the Burrito Bowl had little to no flavor, just a bowl of ingrediants with some heat from the chicken. It's missing salt or lime or whatever that "Chipotle" essence is. Guacamole side was completely brown, if I had bought in-store I would have skipped it.
