Best Steakhouse in LA. Petite filet is my thing. I like it "pink, not red. " It's always perfect when I order it medium well. The NY Strip is beefy and delish. Garlic mashed!? Yup. Mambo Cesar salad! Yes, please. And the Warm Butter Cake isn't for dieters, but it's a stairway to food heaven. I prefer ordering in than going there because it's quite a scene. But if you like a scene, it could be your new place. I love Mastro's. I give an A+ .

Excellent, kiss the chef. Superb quality 8oz filet. Better than wagyu which seems too fatty to me. This filet was so tender a knife was not needed and literally melted in your mouth. Prawn was huge but not worth the price imo, also had a strange seasoning I was not too fond of. But the lemon and garlic butter made it better.

tasted like a 10,000 dollar steak! It's mega juicy, flavorful, and delicious! I would pay more than $100. It's really fresh. I've never in my life tasted a better steak, I love it! Wish I knew the recipe..

Mastro's Ocean Club is absolutely worth going to, and honestly one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again. The location alone already sets the vibe, beautiful coastal energy. The dining experience is what really makes it stand out.
It’s perfect for date nights, anniversaries, or just a nice night out when you want something upscale but still comfortable. The staff is super welcoming, attentive, and always on point without ever being over the top.
The food is easily top tier. Everything comes out fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The seafood is especially impressive, and the steaks are cooked exactly how you want them. Cocktails are also really well made and pair perfectly with the menu.
Overall, just a really solid fine dining experience in Malibu with great service, great food, and an atmosphere that makes the whole night feel special.

The chef is salt crazy. I like salt but the salmon had way too much on it. All I could taste was the salt, not the salmon.
The crab cakes were spicy. I cannot eat spicy foods due to health issues. The description did not state that they would be spicy. The restaurant doesn't even allow for the customer to leave a note regarding any food sensitivities or allergies. Overpriced for quality. Last time I ordered, my medium steak arrived rare. I won't be ordering from here again. Flemings does it right- every time.
