Absolutely fabulous food! Perfectly portioned, flavorful and filling! By far the best breakfast option in the whole Chi-town metropolitan area, and I understand that is a HUGE area and I mean it! The collard cheese dip is out of this world, I actually dream about it! The shrimp and grits are the best! Wonderful place!

Grits were thicker than a snicker with NO flavor. 3 Fried Green Tomatoes for >$10 is diabolical. I will not order again.

For the amount I paid I had about 4 shrimp that were cut I half, the grits were bland as ever and hardly no bacon. What's going on J's? It's just not like they used to be. I didn't like the food today. I'll find another breakfast spot to eat at cause they dropped the ball.

OMG my catfish was fried perfectly and every bite of my meal was absolutely flavorful and delicious. The extra bacon was for the baby so next time I'll ask how he likes it. Anyway the food was definitely worth every single dollar spent .

I got the baked chicken (dark) with Mac and cheese, string beans, fried corn, dressing, with the cornbread everything was sooo delicious and perfectly seasoned they are great workers and fast service food was still hot.
