We've ordered a lot from this BK and haven't had an issue until today. We ordered the bundle. While the whoppers and fries were fine, but the royal chicken wraps were absolutely awful. The wraps were barely together with sauce all over the outside and the chicken was rubbery. Only 1 wrap was partially edible and the rest were thrown away. I've gotten many wraps and they've always been good until today. The lettuce inside was turning color and it took forever to chew the chicken. Really disappointing :(

The chicken sandwich didn't have cheese, which I paid extra for, and the chicken patty was super sweet, like the oil hasn't been changed since breakfast. Not what I wanted especially for a $9 chicken sandwich and won't order from here again.

The food was ice cold, and I know it shouldn't be that way because not long ago I picked up food from here from the drive through, took it home and it was fine. The order I received from door dash was so cold, the nuggets tasted old and dry, the bacon on the whopper was floppy and not crispy at all. Meat on the whopper tasted like it had been sitting out. Also, the sundae we ordered didn't even come like it was supposed to. It didn't have the purple fudge or the candy pieces. It was just a normal oreo sundae. This was so bad, it wasn't good at all. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The Double Whopper is always a gem.
Only concern is for the second time in just 2-days now, the Minute Maid Lemonade drink we ordered with the meal didn't come. The first time was in Las Vegas and again at home in Rochester Michigan.
Otherwise everything else was perfect and delivered just like clockwork.
