We had a lot of issues with pickup from this store. They will only release food to you if you confirm it in front of them on the app, and they won't accept screenshots. They are reluctant to accept receipts in the app as well. Very insistent that you confirm with the button on the app. We got our pizza, finally, after about a 40 minute ordeal in which my mom went, was denied, my brother called and asked them to hold the pizza; he went in, showed them the app, and had to hassle with several workers and the manager to finally get the pizza.
