Best pizza in the Canton/Akron area. Crust is crispy but soft in middle and not too doughy, sauce flavor and amount is perfect, they short you on cheese like other places, and the ingredients are fresh - it's a marked difference in quality. Recommend adding the yummy balsamic glaze if that's your thing, too. LOVE this place!

This is incredibly, amazingly, wonderfully good pizza. I finally have a pizza that I can enjoy without guilt: I get the vegetarian with every possible vegetable I can imagine, with tomato sauce and olive oil. Goat cheese(just because I love goat cheese). My penance for getting the goat cheese is no mozzarella or provolone -- but this pizza is so good that I don't need any more cheese. I even get thespelt crust with whole wheat,normally I'm not crazy about whole wheat, but the flavors of this wonderful pizza are so terrific that I never notice that the crust isn't white flour.
All-in-all, I couldn't have invented a healthier choice than this pizza. Even my husband (who normally runs for the hills if I tell him something is good for him) loves this pizza.
Their salads are also beautifully prepared and delicious...a meal in their own rights.
For those who want their pizza to be as it's always been, Sol has plenty of topping and cheese choices. For those who, like me, are trying to eat in a more health conscious manner, this is heaven. This pizza is prepared beautifully, and with great thought and conscious care.
You can have pizza---and be healthy too!
I called after the first time I ordered from them, to tell them what a fantastic meal we had had. Therein lies my only mild criticism: the (very young) man to whom I spoke, who said he was the manager, seemed to have absolutely no response to a customer who called to compliment the food. He could barely handle the one word he did manage to say, "Okay." He repeated that several times, with a question mark after each "Okay?" He never even said "thank you" for the compliment. I believe a little customer relations training may be in order ;)
We chuckle over that small issue.

Really Good food but haven't ordered for a while and ingredients seamed different.. specifically the dough & the chicken were maybe a cheaper quality than it used to be. Bone in Wings were large & delicious , 6 Boneless Wings were amazing.. would definitely order those again. Big portion of chicken breast with light breading.

EXCELLENT Gourmet GF GF The Artisan Veggie Pizza! LOVE that you can customize even w/VEGAN cheese/toppings! Single SOL Fries were nice cuts of potatoes and The Chicken Bowl came w/spinach as they no longer do rice in their bowls, fyi but still VERY fresh and good! HIGHLY recommend this Gourmet Pizza place!

I'm going to start with the good. The crust is delicious. The sauce is as well: super well balanced, not too sweet or too bitter. Both pizzas hat a lot of toppings. The neutral is the provolone is super sharp, so if you don't like sharp cheese, order something more neutral. Unfortunately there was some bad. Both pizzas were burnt. Not well done, but ashes and charred across the crust and toppings. The one pizza was just pepperoni, but the other was maple bacon, ham, pineapple, and candied jalapeños. It was loaded with meat, but had like 4 jalapeño rings and 2 pineapple chunks. I was kind of expecting an even distribution of meat and "vegetables". If I wanted an all meat pizza I would have ordered that and saved myself a couple of dollars. I will try them again and hope for a more positive experience, but I'm not going to lie, if I hadn't had a promotion and had paid full price I'd be REALLY angry right now.
