AWFUL food quality and delivery packaging; surprising given their reviews.
Bucatini Frutti di Mare: a greasy mess, poorly packaged and ALL the grease leaked to the bottom of the bag since the lid wasn't shut properly. I'm sure it ruined the Dasher's car too.
Lobster Bisque: all you taste is heavy cream! there's no natural lobster flavor or acid from the tomato. They clearly dumped in a ton of cream to mask the fact that there's no actual lobster in this.
Beer Battered Fish & Chips: they actually cut the fish in half to fit the box. They don't have packaging to keep the portions whole? very sloppy and poor quality.
Lobster Roll: the only thing that was decent, with a healthy amount of sweet lobster. But this city is full of rolls that are much much better than "decent"

The lobster Mac and cheese was extremely disappointing in general. There was barely any pieces of lobster, the actual pasta is extremelyyyyyyyy watery. It tasted like claw chowder and not Mac and cheese. I would neverrrrrr order it again. The calamari was chewy and not good.
