From Guadalajara, Jalisco 3 Brothers bringing some authentic flavors to the Central Valley top dishes is Birria (Beef), Queso Birria Tacos, Supreme Burritos, Carnitas, Carne Asada Fries and Tortas…
Quesa Birria Taco (shredded beef) is the best Birria taco I have had in the Fresno area. SOOOO flavorful, totally loaded and they don't skimp on the cheese. I was in heaven. This will definitely be added as one of my Go-To spots.

I wasnt able to take a picture before eating because I was so hungry but these Queso-Birria Taco Combo (Shredded beef) are so good! I was iffy about ordering bc of the price but every penny was worth it. They put enough meat and cheese on it and theyre salsa was good most places dont have good salsas. Im glad i tried this place out! Will be ordering again!!

$5 for a single Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Popper is wild......is what I thought until I ate it. WTH that was 100000% worth it! Then my mind was even more blown on the Bacon Wrapped Supreme Burrito omgg the FLAVORR! It's perfect displayed, perfectly constructed, 10/10 recommend. I got mine with chicken. Will definitely be a returning customer

I got the Al Pastor fries. The photo the store displays they're crinkle fries and they are actually regular fries which I was a bit disappointed with although the fries weren't crinkle fries the ingredients used were fresh and flavorful. The fries were not soggy, the pico de gallo tasted fresh and the al pastor carne was seasoned perfectly, the plate was so delicious. I ordered the jalapeño poppers I thought it was an order of 4 but apparently it is only one but it was so fresh and amazing and satisfied my jalapeño popper craving!

Ordered the carne asada fries and a Mexican burrito and both were a letdown. The fries had little to no seasoning and tasted flat, like everything was just thrown together without much care. The chicken (didn't get any Asada) itself didn’t have much flavor, which is kind of the whole point. The burrito wasn’t any better ; very bland, nothing really stood out, and overall just felt like a waste of money. For nearly $35 total, I expected way more quality and flavor. I’ve honestly had better, more satisfying meals from taco trucks and smaller spots around town at a lower price. Definitely disappointing and not something I’d order again.
