My go to is the Oasis! Never thought to put Blackberry and Caramel together, but it's BOMB! She has great prices! The atmosphere is great! We love visiting Tay and some times her little mini social guest! This is definitely our number one pick in Vancouver (orchards area), always!

The latte was made to perfection and the coffee cake muffin is so soft and delicious. They included a cake pop AND adorable stickers, too. It's my first order with Jungle Jive and I will absolutely be ordering again!

I love to support a small business, but neither of our drinks (Caramel Cheesecake (Coffee) and White Mocha) had any detectable flavors, and were barely sweet. For reference, most "treat" drinks are too sweet for me, but these were edging on bitter. This may be due to the massive amount of ice in the blended drinks watering them down. Considering these are a few $ more and lower quality than comparable places, I wouldn't spend my money here again. Drinks looked great but tasted like nothing.

Delicious, sausage and egg fills the whole English muffin. The bread was not hard and chewy like a lot of coffee stand breakfast sandwiches. Will definitely order again.
