• 6/8/24both the Medium Vanilla Cupcake and the Chocolate Cigar Puff Pastry were absolutely STALE and old! was horrifying and ontop of that i had ordered the Almond Boat which they were out of stock and on their own swapped it out for a second STALE Chocolate Cigar Puff Pastry instead of simply refunding me the 5 bucks as they should have .

• 25/12/24I ordered 8 cinnamon donuts and recieved one, received other donuts which I did not order. Also ordered 2 vanilla cupcakes and did not get them either.Disappointed and would not order from them again. Was expensive also.

• 4/3/25First time order. Was anxiously awaiting the pastries for dessert. A third of the order was out of stock. The items that did arrive were dry and hard as rocks and inedible as if they're a few days old. For several years I had been ordering all my baked goods from a very good bakery in Northport but they discontinued my favorite items probably due to the very many selections they offered so I was looking for a replacement bakery. Good bakeries are hard to find. I thought Dortoni was a quality bakery. This order came from Huntington Station. Not only are they hard and dry but from the little bit I tasted the quality is very poor. I can't believe how they can sell inferior and old pastries and stay in business. Needless to say I will never order from them again. They don't even deserve one star.
