I paid 7.00 for a small order of cheese fries so I'm thinking cheese sauce...looks like cheese sauce in the photo anyway. Nope. It was French fries with American cheese slices...never again.

I've ordered from this deli many times. Service and Food usually very good. Today, they delivered an order that was missing a bag of chips for which I was charged $3.20. The bag was stapled shut when it was delivered. When I opened it, the driver was long gone .I called the store, they were extremely unhelpful, argued with me that they put the chips in the bag when that was clearly false. They refused to refund me, blaming door dash, and told me to go call door dash. Did you ever try calling door dash? I wouldn't patronize a store that operated in this fashion. Very disappointing and cheap.

Had an issue with Windward yesterday. Today, Steve, the manager made it right and showed what excellent customer service is. Much appreciated Steve.
