Butter Burger was great as usual, had great flavor. pretzel Bites and Wisconsin Cheese Curds were great as well. I had never had the Pretzel Bites before and they were really good with the cheese sauce.

the food was great as always. however, I asked for no bun. they threw the meat and veggies into the cardboard box without even a paper lining. grease and juice from pickles and tomato dripped all over my work clothes as I opened the box. the bottom of the box ripped.

When we went to pick up our food they were swamped and seemed to be understaffed and no one was putting orders together. We waited for an additional 25 minutes 7 of which our order was sitting there and when we asked they initially said it wasn't ours and then they asked their manager and she went over and said it was ours. She was rude about it. My bacon was soggy and the ketchup on my daughter's burger was all in one spot. Very disappointing today.

Pretzel Bites and Onion Rings were good. The Colby Jack Pub Burger was way overdone! Both the burger and the bun were overcooked.

They didn't put my concrete in the bag and the bag was taped closed so my door dasher wouldn't have known. There was a spoon but that doesn't do any good. So I am out money on the concrete plus I tipped on the total so I feel ripped off.
