Finally found a restaurant that has beef pares! My husband and I were just talking about how we wished Filipino restaurants would have it. And the free "sabaw" (soup)? Legit tastes like the one we get from local eateries back home. It's exactly the "free soup" that I've been looking for! Ahhh I highly recommend Eskinita. Food is great and it definitely tastes like home! The owner is very accommodating, too. Great customer service!

The sisig itself is all fat and not much pork at all. I've had better ones. The rice is okay but was soaking under an inch of oil underneath. I was expecting more like authentic garlic rice not white rice topped with crispy garlic on top. 😬 Egg is decent. Will probably not get again. Sorry.
