If you’re looking for a truly solid spot for soondae, this is the one to visit—or order from. It’s one of my favorite Korean dishes, and they execute it exceptionally well. Decent portions and their soups are just as delicious, and the variety of banchan that comes with each meal is consistently good. This place has been around for years in Koreatown and remains a true gem.

Honestly, if you’re expecting the kind of Sundaeguk you get in Korea, you’ll be sorely disappointed. The sundae seemed way past its prime, and the strong smell was really off-putting. The soup is one thing, but the quality of the sundae was just bad.

Decided to order here out of curiosity and was not dissapointed AT ALL. The kimchi stew was delish. The purple rice and radish kimchi was as well delicious. Will definitely be ordering AGAIN!
