beef chow fun was so good. if you cane at onions. GET IT.
literally umami flavourful all around. wish there was more beef but this was a good dish.
it is a lot better than mushroom one. and no MSG added.

I've ordered the Beef Chow Fun was extremely gristly & tough. I've had it via delivery many times and it's usually so tender you could eat it with a spoon. It seems like the beef hadn't finished braising, so the seared it quickly to make it look done, which is a rookie home cook mistake that made the meat incredibly tough. It was the first time I've eaten Beef Chow Fun with a steak knife. About half was inedible gristle. It was perfectly seasoned. I would like a refund for the Beef Chow Fun.
Chicken Dan Dan noodles were very soggy but the chicken & chili crisp made it salvageable after a toss in a hot wok. The flavor was incredible so no refund requested.
I expect more from a $20 & $18 price point for Chinese takeout noodles.

they were very kind about allergies. Beef Chow Fun was so so good.

Ordered the Tofu Fried Rice. While the flavor of the fried rice is great and the tofu is very flavored, the tofu was extremely salty. So salty that I was not able take more than a few bites. I will be eating around the tofu and only eating the fried rice.

There was literally no crisp on the pork belly. Absolutely insane to charge $30 for boiled pork. The plane lettuce had more flavor. Fried rice and cucumbers were good.
