I used to get pho from places in Oklahoma City that were owned by multiple generations of Vietnamese immigrants (huge Vietnamese community in OKC) and since moving to S Florida, it has been a 10 year search for a comparable broth. Saigon has it. I found it. Flavorful and balanced, spiced just right and fatty enough to give a good mouthfeel but not so much that it feels slimy.
Pho doesn't often travel well, but Saigon's packaging (and my proximity, I'm sure: ~15 minutes away) ensured the broth was still hot enough to cook the sliced Rare Eye Round in my bowl.
The small size is still quite a lot; I couldn't finish the whole bowl! I received plenty of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and a good sized lime wedge tightly wrapped in cellophane.
The Eggrolls were perfectly crispy and the dip had just a smidge of spice.
The Spring Rolls were fresh and had a strong basil flavor. The peanut sauce balanced it without being overwhelming.
Aside from the delicious food, I appreciate that the plastic packaging was minimized: folding paper boxes for the rolls and a waxed cardstock paper bowl with a plastic lid for the pho. The broth and dipping sauces came in plastic containers with lids. Not a speck of styrofoam.
If this is how amazing it is as take out, I cant wait to try it in-house. The only thing missing from the experience is a freshly made avocado smoothie.

It was good to find a good Vietnamese restaurant. The menu is interesting enough. We tried various dishes and were happy with the flavor and freshness. The rare eye round beef pho broth had a good depth of flavor. A bit miserly on the sprouts. Wilted mint leaves. The bao was delicious And had good quality ingredients. The baguette for the banmi was great and the pork and veggies were somewhat spicy but tasty. Too much vermicelli in the sprig rolls. Overall, a very good restaurant. We'll definitely order from the restaurant again.

Always my favorite go to place to order - quick, delicious, flavorful, lighter option, a small feeds 1-2 people, fresh tasting and this is my 5th or so ordering from them AND i always get the spring rolls and they are ALWAYS delicious and fresh!! Will be ordering many more times.

My only complaint is the flavor of the proteins. I've had the chicken and pork ban mi and it just lacks flavor! Add some extra seasoning and it would be perfect! The egg roll is crispy and the inside is just perfect and the sauce is delicious.
