Everything was packaged well and still warm. The burger was phenomenal and huge for a kids burger! The grilled cheese had plenty of cheese, and the fries were generous portions. The onion rings are awesome- super crispy and golden brown! Only bummer was my chili cheese fries, they forgot to put any chili, it was just fries and cheese.

Wow! I ordered the #6 Hippo Mushroom Burger Combo. That has to be the largest burger I have ever tried to eat! I couldnt even finish 25% of it. The ingredients are definitely fresh, it was amazingly delicious, and the garlic fries were to die for. Just make sure you have plenty of napkins close by because it really makes a mess!

I ordered the Hippo Burger and it was not good at all. I have found that there is no consistency recently. Tonight my burger was well over cooked, tasted as if it had been dredged in salt, and was in pieces - not even an entire burger. The bun was crushed on both sides (folded basically) and parts of it were hard. One tomato was over ripe, and the other tomato was not ripe at all (white), pickles were basically non-existent (may have had one) and I had to add the mustard. I have learned my lesson at this point, not going to waste money here again.

These burgers are so good! And they are enormous (for me anyway). So far, I have only tried the 6 Hippo Mushroom Burger but I love it. The most important thing to me is a bun that does not fall apart and they get this right - the buns are actually very good and perfect for the burger. The Cajun Fries are tasty as well. The Nachos could be good if the chips did not taste stale and they added more chili (obviously just my opinion). I will definitely continue to order burgers when I am craving one.

I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. I saw another review saying the garlic fries are delicious and I very much disagree. It was just soggy fries with garlic cloves on top. I'm sure other fries are great. Back to the burger it was delicious,fresh, and massive. I would order this again just not the garlic fries
