I ordered an Italian sub. Due to not being able to make modifications on the app, I called the store and asked they omit the ham and turkey and add extra salami instead. They understood and said they would modify it. When I get my sandwhich theres only a single thin layer of salami, no other meat, and no other sauce or dressing like it's supposed to come with. Basically it was just lettuce, some onion, some yellow peppers, a thin slice of salami, and bread.
I would chalk this up to a single isolated incident of a bad order... but it's not. It happens very frequently.

Today we ordered the Turkado for the first time. I loved it. It had the perfect amount of Turkey and avocado. It tasted fresh and surprisingly delicious. It was on sourdough bread rather than a roll which I liked. Some sandwich places put theirs on a roll and it's so much bread, you don't get much flavor other than bread. I will definitely order it again.
