We will order from here again. The pork and prawn vermicelli was so fresh, the prawn was big the pork was not dry, there was a generous side of the special sauce. The poached chicken is tasty just watch out for crushed bone.

I've tried a lot of Vietnamese places just for vermicelli w pork and this one is my top at the moment, the meat is tender and flavorful , the plate can feed two people and trust me I eat a lot and couldn't finish it, they give you fish sauce in a soup container it's my favorite part the great amount of fish sauce they give you it's amazing and I love them for it, sadly I didn't take a picture because I kind of just devoured what I could, they give you nice chopsticks, basically it's good like GOOD. Then i ordered some Chinese donuts I think that's the name and they were plain oily and big so basically a Chinese donut which was pretty good ngl, if you like sweets maybe not your go to but if you like bread like donut and very low sugar this is a great option it's just very oily. Anyways coming back to vermicelli big sss portion and the meat was also a big portion and it's a great price honestly this is my second time I order from here and would do it again, no regrets.

Great pickup catering experience with Pho Tau Bay for our family gathering of about 10 people! Everything was carefully packed for easy transport and portion sizes were spot-on. Every tray and bowl arrived neatly organized and well-labeled, with sauces clearly marked for their corresponding rolls. Especially liked the Nem Nuong Cuon (20 rolls) and Goi Cuon (20 rolls), very filling and pretty good sized.
Also liked how they bagged the crushed ice separately for our Che Ba Mau (Three Colors) (V, VG, GF) so it stayed fresh on the way home. Overall very tasty, would order here again!

Hu Tieu Xao Mem Chay -- amazing. Portion is huge just like at the store. I didn't anticipate it would be the same serving via delivery, but I am glad it was the case. Also this wasnt drenched in sauce. Fantastic--and I usually am reluctant for this chain, but I'll certainly stick to this one at the Silver Creek Plaza.

Ordered right before closing, it was delicious. The tofu with veggies and flat rice noodles was some of the best I’ve ever had. My spring rolls were so good and fresh which is rare when I’ve ordered late before. My young coconut smoothie was so good! All was very well packaged.
