The meats are great quality and cooked to perfection! Absolutely delicious. The sides (kimchi, cucumber, etc) are smaller than I would have liked, but a little goes a long way. Looks like the store forgot my potato side, but it happens. Overall, definitely worth the price!

Honestly I loved this so much, it came in raw and I had to cook it. But honestly, I wish the strips were flat then in a roll, but I would definitely order this again! I ordered it for my b-day. Portion was good I think it's so worth it! The sauce is on the top left, came in two containers.

I have ordered DoorDash from Gen several times in the past year, and it has been consistently delicious— until this order. Almost everything I ordered (already cooked in the restaurant) has zero (0) flavor. Their beef bulgogi is usually very flavorful, but this time it tastes like there was barely any marinade included in the preparation and cooking process. The Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) and brisket are also absolutely flavorless. It's all just
dry, flavorless meat. The Hawaiian Bacon was the only thing that had any flavor, but the flavor was black char from the *extremely* burnt parts and salt. That little bit of unburnt, salty meat that I was able to eat while actively avoiding the ashy parts was—unfortunately— the high point of the entire meal. Such a bummer.... Such a big discrepancy in the taste and quality makes me not want to order from Gen again. Way too expensive to purchase and Dash just to receive sloppily cooked food.)

It wasn't anything to write home about. Rice was mushy, meat was overcooked and skimpy on portion sizes. Definitely better if you just go to the restaurant.. but even then their portions aren't much better

The brisket was dry, the rice was mushy and the drinks didn't have the boba we paid for in them. Portion would have been okay if the food was decent enough to eat.
