Chick-fil-A normally has great biscuits, but today's biscuit was hard and dry. The piece of chicken was also dry and thin. I've noticed when I use DoorDash, I don't always get the best food. Do businesses do this intentionally because there's nothing we can do about it?

the fries have been good just a little chewy and uh, like they got sprayed with rock salt
