bagels are always excellent. their coffee always falls flat. it's either wrong or not hot enough

Very disappointed! I've always been a big fan of KBrew, but if I'm being honest their service is declining. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and white mocha. My sandwich was completely wrong and not even close to what I ordered. My coffee was gross too, it tastes like I am drink straight syrup, no coffee flavor at all. I have been a long time supporter of KBrew and love supporting local, but for the price I am paying, I excpect to receive what I ordered!
