Hib Shrimp was so delicious. Cooked to perfection. Arrived hot and very flavorful! The yum yum sauce is an amazing addition . Anytime I'm craving hibachi I always order here. It comes quick and always satisfies my cravings and hunger!

Rice is very dry and vegetables had no flavor.
I keep forgetting there are 2 mt.fuji and the one on Dixie Hwy is a better deal and taste.
will not be shopping again.

The absolute best sushi in town. Everything is good but this time I got the Philadelphia Roll and it was perfect. I usually do a bunch of sushi but this time I actually tried the Hib Chicken and I'm so glad I did! I love all the crisp, fresh vegetables and generous portion of chicken. The noodles were well cooked too! Not soggy or sticky. I love this place.

I thought ordering just before closing might be risky, but our meal was fresh, hot, and delicious! The Haru Maki (3) had the perfect crisp texture, and the hibachi meat and vegetables were perfectly cooked.

Ordered from Fuji Hibachi for delivery and was very impressed. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the flavors were spot-on—just like dining in. Portions were generous, and everything was packed perfectly. A great choice for a tasty hibachi meal at home!
