The THE&C sandwich is the best I've ever had. Initially, the price had deterred me but once I tried it, I was convinced it was well worth the cost. They did not skimp on any ingredients and the homemade bread they use tastes like a buttery croissant with the fluffiness of a fresh baked potato roll. 10/10.
Also, the pastries were good--there was a lot more of the pastry part compared to the filling/topping but the dough itself was more like a sweet bread than a pastry bun.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places around! So rare to find Egg & Cheese with Taylor Ham or Bacon on bagels this good, and I hope they keep the seasonal Pumpkin spice kolache for at least a couple more months!

One of the best breakfast places around! They pay attention to every note. They double check the orders! I'm picky with how I like things cooked and they go above and beyond! Highly Recommend

I'm not sure what the Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese is on, but it's definitely not the bagel I was craving. Have a broken foot and can't go anywhere and was jonesing for one so badly. I think maybe it's some kind of homemade English muffin? It's not a roll, and it's not a croissant. But it brings the whole sandwich down a notch. It just doesn't work and it's not a classic THE&C. So so so disappointed. And I paid $20 for this. Oh well. On the plus side, the fillings are good and interestingly they give you a fried egg and a scrambled egg. Or it seems that way. I can't figure out the egg situation entirely.
