Absolutely amazing ramen, their miso soup sooths the soul. Their vegan ramen is actually vegan with veggies noodles and steamed tofu, unlike other places which say 'vegan' and then fry the tofu in the same oil as chicken. These people understand the meaning of vegan, absolutely recommended.

The Tonkotsu Ramen was SO freaking good --- PERFECT flavors and textures. The best part: They use a special to-go container that separates the broth from the other ingredients until you're ready to drop them in, so they don't get soggy!! Veggie Spring Rolls were crispy and delicious, with the perfect ratio of veggie to wrapper. All-around chef's kiss!
