The bun to filling ratio is off the charts. The barbecue was so fat and juicy. The Brisket Chili has a whole layer of cheese on top and I'm ridiculously lactose intolerant but it was so worth it. I wish my stomach was younger so I could enjoy more of it. Definitely not a light meal, but that's not what you're ordering barbecue for anyway.

Tastes absolutely amazin!!!! First time trying here and I'm def coming back! The brisket was both flavorful, juicy, and melt in the mouth! Sooo much meat in the Bri Grilled Cheese Sandwichsket , could easily share a half. +1 for the bread being crispy and not soggy on arrival.

OMG, finally bbq in SF that doesn't make me angry! Brisket beats 4505 hands down, and they give you moist AND lean slices. Pulled pork is also excellent. The Mac and cheese is fine and the cornbread is actually NOT CAKE and has a good crumb and a little spice. It's not cheap, but at least I don't feel cheated like so many things on DD these days.

Spectacular ribs--- succulent, perfectly seasoned & glazed, and sauce on the side which is smoky and sweet but not overly so. The corn muffin was delicious: moist and flavorful (try finding good corn muffins at most 'que places). I will be ordering again soon from Smokin D's on Irving. Best BBQ I've had in years.
