Definitely leaving a review just for the fact that I'll definitely be ordering again and want to remember what I ordered (yes I know I can look at my past orders but this deserves a review too) I've never really ordered anything from Panera besides their Bistro French Onion Soup FIIIRRRRREEE!!!! I got the Sandwich and Soup/Mac and got the Toasted Caprese Focaccia sandwich and it is AMAZING. WOW. And the Mac n cheese is phenomenal, my toddler loved it!!

I ordered Madagascar Vanilla Latte like I usually do, and my drink came half filled, and it had no sweetener. It was plain coffee and tastes terrible. I submitted pics and asked for a refund of my drink only and my request was declined. Won't order here again.

The soup was very good warm not cold and the smoothie was amazing their soups, broccoli sugar totally different than other places has a lot of proteins is fresh. I would love to order again.

please by all means do not order their iced coffee, especially if you like it sweet (i ordered the Iced Caramel Latte) i already knew that their coffee was bitter from when i tried it many years ago but wanted to see if it had changed since then & no it's still bitter and odd tasting. the grilled cheese is bomb though.
