The enchiladas are unlike any other restaurant I've EVER tried. Out of this world!the amount of cheese on them is extremely generous and it was so hot and fresh. I get this every single time I order from adobe. Love, love, love.

They have the best wet burritos and chips in town! The green salsa has the perfect amount of spice. Last time I ordered they have me a free burrito and put I smiley face on it. Would definitely recommend!

everything about the food at Adobe is amazing. The flavor is second to none, the value for your money and portions are very generous. Everything always taste super fresh. I've been a customer of Adobe for many years and would absolutely continue doing so. Highly recommend.

I ordered three cheese ENCHILADAS with onions in the CACTUS QUESO (9 oz.) The onions were nice, bright, and raw. The bagged shredded cheese in my flour tortilla was also nice, bright, and raw so much so I could pick off individual strands. The tortilla didn't show even a hint of grill marks to go with the cold cheese inside.
