Fantastic! If you haven't tried their chorizo, what are you waiting for?! Very good! Order from the FOOD TRUCK instead of the restaurant. A couple things are slightly cheaper, and you can leave "special instructions" for everything you order. When you order from the restaurant, this is not an option. Otherwise they have the same menu.

Pancho's has a "brick and mortar" restaurant and a food truck. Order from the food truck! The truck allows you to put in special requests - the restaurant does not. So, for instance - I got the Taco Dinner, and was able to put in a special request asking for 1 chicken, 1 shredded beef, and 1 chorizo taco. They gladly did that no problem. You can't do that when you order from the restaurant.
