I got the tarimisu. It was frozen, which I wasn't expecting. Honestly I would have been fine with that but the cake is dry, it was bitter but no coffee flavor. Also they decorated it with a lady finger on top but it looks like the inside might just be cake and cream frosting? basically this isn't a tiramisu, it's bitter yellow cake.

My family is from Palermo so Im really glad this place exists, but what is the deal, is it better in person?? Ive ordered from here several times and every single time I have received something either stale or frozen.
Unfortunate truth is they do not seem to make things fresh here, or they dont give fresh orders to door dash. Kinda disappointing. Never had a less crisp Sfogliatelle in my life to be honest. I want you guys to succeed so please make things fresh...please...
