I got invited to come out to eat by Pastor Pyles and this was the most amazing experience ever. The food was delicious i got the crawfish etoufee and there was crawfish in every bite till the end. The portion was enough for one person and well seasoned. I definitely will be going back. Never thought a food truck tasted this good. 10/10 definitely recommend

Kouzan's Creole Kitchen never disappoints. Kouzan's Fried Chicken Wings (4 Pcs) were perfectly seasoned and crispy just like I like them and the jambalaya had just the right amount of spice. Everything arrived hot and fresh. If you’re craving authentic Creole comfort food, this is the spot!

Greatness all on one plate.!! I ordered the fish topped with shrimp and crab. Well worth it! I also had the shrimp étouffée over white rice as my side, hands down a must try. The portions are great and served fresh and hot. If you're in the area stop by and check them out
