Very happy they give me a large amount of beef tendon in my Stewed Beef Tendon Noodle/牛筋面/N3which is also the big reason why I order this dish. Tendor cooked perfectly, I can feel the collagen on my lips with every bite. The soup base is not as depth but still not bad at all. C8. 干炒牛河 / Stir-Fried Beef Ho Fun is okay, however I would like the noodle to be more dry and I can't taste the wok charred flavor which should be in this dish so that part is disappointing.

Everything was honestly so good!! I've never had Stewed Beef Tendon Noodle/牛筋面/N3 but I now think it's gonna a comfort food for me. It was a nice, watm, cozy soup with so much flavor & the tendon was actually very soft and easy to eat. The dumplings were probably the star of the show though. I have good dumplings before but these definitely were in my top 3.

We ordered the :Pork Soup dumplings (amazing!!!), the Pan Fried Pork dumplings, the D3. Chicken & Cabbage 鸡白菜 (8pcs) , and the stir fried Cabbage. Everything was fantastic! All the dumplings I tried were the best I have had, possibly ever! I also enjoyed the stir fried cabbage. It's really not spicy, so no worries there. The order also came with a container of plain rice. I don't know if this comes in all orders, but was unexpected.The photo contains a bit of each item.

D6. Shrimp Dumplings 蝦餃 (8pcs)were delicius, but the C3 Mongolian Beef (spicy) 蒙古牛肉 had little beef, spicey was good though and the rice was prefect. I think Id stick to just the dumblings next time.

Overcooked and sub-par quality and flavor. C4 Szechuan Chicken 辣子鸡 was not fresh- seemed like it was cooked 2 weeks ago. Chicken in the R6 Chicken Fried Rice 鸡炒飯 had an odd, rubbery texture that didn't seem like chicken. No desire to order anything again.
